1. Acceptance of Terms

We will make a good faith effort to resolve your complaint within 30 days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the Netherlands, conducted in English under the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI), except where prohibited by law.
The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of the Netherlands. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
12. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SecurePath Cyber Academy services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms of use
- Engage in illegal activity
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass or harm other users
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Engage in any activity we deem harmful to our reputation or services
